Booking enquiries and contact

The contact form may ask for your name, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, event type, event date, event location, expected guest count, approximate budget and message.

This information is used to respond to your enquiry, discuss availability, prepare an offer and communicate about the requested booking. The legal basis is pre-contractual communication, contract handling or legitimate interest in answering your message.

Security verification

The contact form can use Cloudflare Turnstile when configured. Turnstile helps protect the form against spam and automated submissions and may process technical browser and connection data for that purpose.

Website hosting and technical data

When you visit the website, the hosting provider may process technical data such as the requested page, date and time, IP address, browser information and server log data so the site can be delivered securely and reliably.

No comments or user accounts

This website does not provide public comments, visitor accounts or user login areas. The old WordPress functions for comments, Gravatar profiles and account cookies are not part of this current site.

Retention

Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to answer the request, manage a booking relationship or meet legal record-keeping obligations. Messages that are no longer needed can be deleted unless a legal obligation requires retention.

You can request information about stored personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability or object to processing where applicable.
