Booking help
FAQ
Quick answers for planning weddings, clubs, corporate events, festivals and private celebrations.
What kinds of events can I book you for?
Weddings and destination weddings (including LGBTQ+ celebrations), company events, clubs, festivals, concerts, cultural events, birthdays and private parties in Germany, across Europe and worldwide. I bring the same care to every booking.
Are you a wedding DJ for classic German or international weddings?
Yes. As an open-format wedding and destination wedding DJ I play for classic, international and multicultural celebrations, from dinner music and the first dance through to pop, R&B, Hip-Hop, house, throwbacks and guest requests. Afrobeats, Amapiano and Afrohouse are available when they fit your crowd, never required.
Do you play Afrobeats, Amapiano or Afrohouse at weddings in Germany?
Yes. Couples book me as an open-format wedding DJ in Germany who also plays Afrobeats, Amapiano and Afrohouse when the guest list calls for it, alongside pop, R&B, Hip-Hop and house. I'm not Afro-only; those genres are a named strength for multicultural and Afro-diaspora celebrations.
Do you travel for destination weddings and gigs abroad?
Yes. Alongside weddings closer to home, I regularly travel from Cologne for destination weddings and gigs around the world, including Germany, Europe and further afield. Share your date and location when you enquire and I'll confirm travel and availability.
Where are you based?
I'm based in Cologne, in North Rhine-Westphalia, and I travel for bookings worldwide, including weddings nearby and destination weddings abroad.
What music styles do you play?
Open-format simply means I'm not locked into one style. I play pop, R&B, Hip-Hop and house, plus Afrobeats, Amapiano, Afrohouse, Dancehall, throwbacks and guest requests when they suit your crowd.
Do you only play Afro music?
No. I am an open-format DJ, not an Afro-only DJ. Many couples and companies book me for pop, R&B, Hip-Hop, house and classics. Afrobeats, Amapiano and Afrohouse are part of my range when they fit the room.
Can your set work for mixed or multicultural guests?
Yes. For multicultural and international weddings I choose music by mood and timing, blending pop, R&B, Hip-Hop and house with Afrobeats, Amapiano and Afrohouse so different ages, languages and backgrounds can share one dance floor.
Do you DJ LGBTQ+ weddings and celebrations?
Yes. I'm happy to DJ LGBTQ+ weddings, civil partnerships and queer celebrations, with the same care for the room, the music and your guests.
Do you bring sound and lighting?
It depends on the event and venue. Share what is already available when you enquire so we can discuss the right setup.
How does pricing work?
I'm happy to prepare a personal, non-binding offer for your event. The price depends on the day and month, start time and length, location and travel, guest count and the setup you need. Share a few details, or arrange a short call, and I can give you a clear offer or at least a rough price range.
How early should I enquire?
As early as possible, especially for weddings, summer dates, festivals and company celebrations. Short-notice enquiries are still welcome.
